Could you please help me evaluate my profile?
Indian Male
GMAT1:470(Q42, V15)
GMAT 2:690(Q49, V35)
GMAT 3: 720(Q49, V38)
GPA:53% in B.Com(H) from University of Delhi(Not sure if it is around 3/3.2)
Work Exp:9+ years by R1(Age 30 now but 31 by R1)
1 Year with KPMG as Audit Associate in Investment Funds Audit
5.5 Years with Deloitte Consulting as Management Consultant/Project Controller(with 2 promotions)
1.5 Years with Goldman Sachs as Lead Associate/Associate VP(Team Leading experience in Financial Operations)
0.75 Years in Family Business(Currently as VP managing a small family business leading 10 people)
Decent to good ECs, volunteer work etc
Targeting US Top 10/20(Would love to have your feedback)
Is top 10 possible? CBS, Booth, Kellogg? How about Tuck, Ross, Duke?In other words should I retake GMAT?

LT Goal: Entrpreneurship hence moved to Family business to gain some experience of running a business

Thanks for sharing your profile. I really like your background and the diversity of your work experience. However, you will need to make sure you are tying together your career progression and why you made each stop. Some real nice name son your resume! Your GMAT and GPA are low for the top schools which are about at 3.6/730 respectively but I think schools like Ross and maybe Duke might be in range but top 15 is probably your sweet spot. I would recommend seeing if you can drag that GMAT score a bit higher, you've had quite the improvement across your three test scores so see if there are any more points for you to get to help pull up your low GPA
