Graduated from top 12 business undergrad school, Major: International business/Finance Dual degree
Intermediate level Spanish speaker
GPA: 3.3/4
Intntl Experience: 8 months abroad in Australia studying at UniMelbourne. 4 Months at London School of economics studying Intntl Business Strategy. Significant personal travel over past 6 years - 10 countries, 90% outside North/Central America
GMAT: 700 (second Attempt)
I did very poorly my first time around (480?) Not sure if this will be a factor
Before undergrad worked in constructions in family business. Helped build some of the casinos in Atlantic city.
Work exp 3+ years working for major US automaker who went bankrupt (not tough to figure out which one) in the Treasury Office. Before/During/After bankruptcy.
I worked as an analyst in treasury ops for most of the time doing middle-office work with exposure to FX, derivatives, commodity trading and ST money market investments. also handled counterparty risk exposure management for worldwide operations
Extracurriculars:
a few small NYC based LGBT charities as a fundraiser/host
board member of family-run charity to assist with education of special-needs individuals.
random NYC based sports teams (dodgeball/running)
Inter Fraternal Council board member at my University for 1 year
Fraternity while in school
while in school - Mission Trip to Juarez, MX and Habitat for Humanity in South Carolina
Goals: Looking at corporate strategy or strategy consulting right now. Dont have hard set goals yet, but i know this will be necessary in interviews/essays so I'm reading what I can and deciding

Ha ha... Do I get two guesses as to which bankrupt automaker you worked for? 
I think you'll be competitive at top-five programs. Don't worry about that old GMT score... Schools truly do only care bout your highest score. Provided that your quant & verbal raw scores are both strong (at least 80th percentile in each, as a rule of thumb), you will be in good share there.
Seems like you're applying at just about the right time... Not too early, not too "old." I think your LGBT background can help you... Don't shy away from this. Don't overhype it to the point of being insincere, but don't be afraid to emphasize this at least a bit.
