You should be submitting your 2nd attempt score to the b-schools. Most consider your highest GMAT score; your raw scores are also the best there.
I suggest that you apply to b-schools where your GMAT score will be competitive. That means, you fall close to the average GMAT score of the class. Check out the Businessweek rankings for b-schools 40th rank onwards and further explore the programs that appeal to you. You can also consider some Canadian programs like Queen's which do not place that much importance on GMAT scores.
