>> 25 year old male, Engineer (BE) in Telecommunications Stream , batch of 2013, India(Bangalore)
>> 6 months work experience in a Mechanical Company in Project Sales and Planning.
>> Left Job to work Full time in Hospital Management and started my own Venture in Pathology and up-gradation of outdated system of Rural hospital. (24+ months)
>> Did Internship in a nearby hospital during weekend to understand the working of Rural Hospitals and implemented those in my work.
>> Currently successfully running a Testing Lab and the business is decent.
>>Organised my Education Medical Camps free of cost in various Rural Areas.

--- 10th : 87%
--- 12th : 67%
Short Term Goals:
>> Secure an MBA degree to understand the business in a organised way, with the knowledge obtained in MBA degree I would like to find new ways to expand my business or even alternatives I can do to the betterment in Rural area as Technical background is not helping me much.
I know I have an average profile, please recommend me some best possible full time MBA college with my profile. I am looking for US , Singapore and France. Please don't advice me any specialized course I would like to join a normal full time MBA only .
Please help me as I don't have enough resource to gain any professional knowledge.
I am going to retake GMAT test in Jan Mid 2016 but I doubt I will improve as I have very less time to prepare for my test due to busy schedule. Also its a pure Rural area you may understand the problem.
Please suggest me some colleges where I can start applying by Jan , Feb also I am an Indian and I don't get this Round system like Spring and fall so please help me accordingly.

Dear J,
Good to hear from you!
So first of all a note about the rounds. For US programs Round one is in Sept/Oct and Round 2 in January. Round three is in March usually, but is not recommended for international applications. Europe works differently, and there are many schools that take applications from January to June (in France as well). so what that means for you is that you are likely too late for US schools for this year. But not too late for European schools.
Of course, if you can get a higher GMAT, then it will help you lots!
If you want to apply this year, you could aim for Tier II schools in France and Singapore (or other European countries too if you are interested)
