Here are a few points to note as you continue on your MBA journey:
  1. The point on whether the GMAT is good enough depends a lot on what schools you want to target. Though it may not be impossible (read here) to make it to the top schools with that score, the odds are heavily stacked against you. Since you mention this was your second attempt - the choice really is to realistically assess if you can improve that score and if not, what then. So choose wisely
  2. The other fact, which is potentially even more important, is to assess your fit with your post-MBA goal. Start thinking/preparing on how you will convince adcoms (and future recruiters) about your worth in a field where you have had no exposure to. Finance is a pretty broad term - it will help if you can decide which field within this area will you pursue and what makes you a worthy candidate for it.
