Hey there,
You have a lot of great things in your profile. Love that you're Thai, you went to a great university, and do some interesting work. You also did pretty well on the Quant side of the GMAT. If you're heading into a Finance program, that'll be important. The good thing, however, is that what held you back is your Verbal. Ok, ok, I know that doesn't SOUND like good news but hear me out!
Verbal has a disproportionate impact on your score when you improve it. Essentially, 1 more right on Verbal increases your score more than 1 more right on Quant. If you haven't taken prep courses, I'd recommend looking into them. And then practice, practice, practice. But focus on HOW you're taking the test, not just the content itself. Strategy is just as important (if not more so) on the GMAT than just knowing stuff.
Good luck and let us know when you rock your 3rd try!
