TGOO,
You have a good, interesting profile with solid 'numbers' and excellent international credentials. You will be considered too young by most MBA programs though top U.S. programs do make exceptions for young applicants who are clearly ahead of the pace -- you may well be one of those applicants (I'd need to see your CV to say for sure). So for age reasons, your odds will be best in a pre-experience master's program. If you are considering a specialized master's program in finance or similarly, then the choice will depend on your career goals -- do you need a specialized degree that will help you break into a technical career or are you looking for the versatility, internship, and broader set of career options that a good MBA program will give you. Would be happy to provide more feedback if you send me your CV.
