Dear All,
I purchased the question pack and exam pack from GMAT Prep and I received activation codes also.
I am trying to activate it by using the activation key but the loading sign comes and disappears but is not getting activated...
Will be of utmost help if someone helps... pls

faced the same problem here and
I just figured out the solution!
Try updating the licensing service on system info page.
look for update button on the same area as in the screenshot!
