Solution:

Additional water in pond a = 200-112 =88 cubic metres

If pipe B pours 22 cubic meters more water than pipe A does which means in 4 hours 4*22=88 cubic meters would have been filled in pond b and that's when both the ponds would have same amount of water.(option b)
