ahahahah that was terrible. these video interviews are brutal!

my questions were
1. tell us about something you read recently and how did it impact you
2. tell us about the time you had to give someone difficult feedback. how did you handle it?

Ouch. The first one shouldn't be too hard, but the second question would take some serious thinking to come up with a coherent answer.

Just gave the video interview on Kira talent. The questions were :
1. If admitted this fall, what would you miss the most about your current job?
2. What step you have taken to advance your career?
But i'm not sure how would they shortlist on the basis of this interview.
Can anyone shed light on the process?

Hi guys,
I have just submitted the video interview responses. Mine were:
1, My ideal work environment
2, Tell me about a time when I led a team. How was the result?

I found a list of questions asked in Foster video interviews in this post and practiced accordingly. Also I treated the interview like a IELTS speaking test as the preparation and speaking time was limited.

Hello everyone! Gave mine last night. My two questions:
1. What's the biggest lesson I learned during my undergrad
2. What have I done in the last year to progress my career.

Easy questions but I got carried away in the first question and overshot my time limit . Got cut off right in the middle

I gave mine on 9th and had most unique questions so far :(

1. If you have one extra hour in the day then where will you spend it and why?
2. If you have to start a new venture then what major problem will you tackle and why?

Hopefully my answers are satisfactory as the time for preparation just few past :D

1) Describe a time when you gave back to the community
2) Describe a situation where you had to give negative feedback

Has anyone had the in-person interview yet? If so would love to here your feedback.

I am not here to ruin the fun, but people who have only got video interview invite have a very less chance to get an interview call. Very less. I can say 1 or 2 in 10. Just from my experience.

I wish that everyone here gets an interview call though :)
