hey Guys,
I ve been selected for Video Interview, and Im damn nervous since i heard they tend to filter out candidates through this.. has anyone already submitted their video interview? Could someone talk us through the whole setting? What questions were you faced with? Were you able to prepare for such questions? I have the interview recap.doc and have gone through all the questions but i m quite anxious.
Thanks
DB
Hi Congrats on Getting the invite.
Alexsis Scott (Associate Director of Admissions at UWA Foster) was in the chatroom some time back and this was her take on the video interviews :-
"The videos have two questions, and each answer is 1 minute and 30 seconds. One could be of a more personal nature, such as what is your favorite book, and another will be geared toward a professional aspect of your life. You will have the opportunity to practice prior to officially submitting the video that is considered for your application"And its okay to be nervous.
Just Remember,You must have done something right to get the invite in the first place.
All the best

Hey Stone Cold, Thanks a lot buddy!
I just want someone who has applied in R1 or even R2 and gone through the whole process - just to set my nerves man.
UPDATE : Gave the video interview, not very thrilled about my inputs, but what the heck, had to do it sometime.. incase anyone's left it for the last minute like me,
my questions were :
If you could add an hour to the day, how would you spend that hour?
Talk about a project that you took even though you werent asked to..
Good Luck Guys!
