Got an invite for the video interview last night!
Deadline is the 9th.

How is everyone else preparing for it?

I gave a similar video interview for Schulich - One was personal and one was professional

Considering the fosters video essay is organized by the same company as Schulich, think the questions will be similar.

At Schulich, I got:
1. What is the best mistake you have ever made
2. Describe when you had to mentor someone

Received an invite to a video interview. It is the same Kira application most schools use. The e-mail said it was specific to those that submitted on Jan 15th, the deadline for Round 3.

It gives you 1.5 minutes. It seems like a long time but it flys by as you're speaking. I would plan to speak for the entire 1.5 minutes.

As far as advice, I would say that you should review your resume and prepare like any other interview. Have problem solving examples, overcoming a tough situation examples, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
