And what GPA converter did you use to convert indian GPA

I did not convert my GPA. I left my GPA as blank because I do not have a GPA. My undergraduate university was based on % system.

On another note, just submitted my application to Foster for Round 2. How many Round 2 applicants here from India?

I am a R2 applicant.

My university gives GPA on a 10 scale. I have read somewhere that US b schools are well aware of Indian Grading System and will appropriately weigh for college ranks to accommodate for stricter grades in higher ranked colleges,hence I left the GPA field blank too . My transcripts mention the first class with distinction as 70% + , so lets hope the adcoms do rank me appropriately GPA wise .

My university gives a CGPA out of 10, so I just found the CGPA of the last 3 (or was it 4?) semesters that Foster asked for and divided it by 2.5. I know it's incredibly crude but there is no set GPA calculator that I could find. Most are inaccurate because we don't have a grading scale of 9 or 10 grades like the US. The uploaded transcripts should have been enough considering they invited me for an interview.

I looked through last years posts and it appears that everyone started getting notices / interview invites around December 1.

Got an invite both for video and interview. Can anyone explain me regarding video interview ?

Got an invite for both video and admission interview.

I only got the mail for video interview.

Don't know what to make of this. Guys, did you get both the invites in 1 mail?

According to their admissions page, all accepted students do both a video interview and a live interview. Competitive applicants will be invited to both (although I'm not sure what they mean by competitive... is it candidates with great profiles? or candidates in overrepresented "competitive" profiles?). Many others will initially be invited to just the video interview, then after further review may be invited to the live interview. In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxt78ZiMtvU) the admissions director said that the majority of applicants get invited to the video interview. A smaller pool gets invited to do both the video and live interview.

Does anyone know till when can we expect interview invites from Foster?
