The answer is (A) 380.
The missing side is x more then 70.
To get the value of x, let us form a right triangle on the right side of the figure, which its sides are 60 and x and the hyp is 100. This is a right triangle with ratio 3:4:5. So side x to 60 is in ratio 4 to 3.
Hence, x=80 and the perimeter is 60+70+100+150=380.

Diagram can be cut into a rectangle and a right triangle.
Rectangle with sides 60, 70 and Right triangle with sides 100, 60 and one side unknown. Let that side be x.
Pythagorean Theorem to find x:
\(x^2\) + \(60^2\) = \(100^2\)
\(x^2\) = \(100^2\) - \(60^2\) = 6400
x = \(\sqrt{6400}\) = 80
Perimeter = 60 + 70 + 100 + 80 + 70 = 380
Answer A...
