Ended Practice Exam Early on GMATPrep Software - No Score

Question

Hi all,

I ended a practice test early after I finished the quant and verbal sections in the GMATPrep software and wanted to know if there was a way to re-instate the score if it is now showing "No Score" under my test. Pretty frustrating to say the least.

Unfortunately, there is no way to "fix" this. Take the remaining test without pressing reset if you want to ensure that there are no repeat questions.

Do not reset. You can fix this issue.

Download Sqlite and edit the tables within the database storage for GMATPrep. The database, ‘preptool.vb’, is in C:\Users\ \AppData\Roaming\GMATPrep\Local Store\. The table is exam_session, and the field is 'status'. You must edit the field for the row with the highest sessionId. Set status = 1. Reload the GMATPrep software.

When I change the "Status" from "2" to "1" and I reload gmatprep it's giving me an error. Am I doing something wrong?

Edit: have to quit and save the work done in SQLite in order for GMATPrep to work again. This worked perfectly. Thank you!!
