Hi I appeared for GMAT this month, wanted to order ESR but it is showing error.

Hi Thonereturns,
Currently, the ESR is available only for GMATs that are taken at a Test Center - so if you took the At-home option, then you cannot order an ESR. In addition, if there were any technical issues or irregularities at the Test Center, then your Exam results might be held-up until an investigation into those abnormalities occurs (and by extension, an ESR would not be generated).
On what date did you take your Official GMAT? What is the 'error message' that you see?

Your score needs to be reportable for your enhance score report to be available. Is your score already reportable?
As mentioned, obviously has to be at GMAT at the test center but I think you know that.
