Another interesting feature of this question - both the blanks are connected, i.e., you need to select the answers for the two blanks such that the sentence with these two blanks makes complete sense in the light of the dataset. In fact, here is another example of such interconnected blanks -  The two charts show how female and male survey respondents .

Now there are other kinds of GI questions in which the two blanks are independent of each other. Here is one such example -  Two students are discussing three themes from One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez .

Solve both kinds of questions and observe the difference in processing and realize how while “owning the dataset” is a MUST to solve GI questions, the questions with dependent blanks require much high level of processing than those with independent blanks. See "each request" at the beginning of the statement that we must complete.

Since "each request" appears to mean "all requests," try "all" for the second dropdown.

Then, for the first dropdown, see which choice describes a situation that would result if " all  of the requests in G included one or more items that were not currently stocked in the warehouse."

If each request in G ___, then it must have been the case that ___ of the requests in G included one or more items that were not currently stocked in the warehouse. If we choose approved by Accounting or Management in first blank, nothing is necessary (must have been the case) regarding whether items were stocked in the warehouse or not. They all may have been, none of them may have been, some of them might have been etc. Hence first blank must be "resulted in items being added". Now think: If all orders resulted in items beign added, it means all orders had missing items. Hence select "all" in second blank. ANSWER: "resulted in items being added", "all" An intuitive approach for those well on their way in their preparation: When we have "If A then B," A is a subset of B. So A should appear lower in the flowchart compared with B since it could be a fraction of B. B - requests in G included one or more items that were not currently stocked in the warehouse. This appears almost at the bottom. So A must be even lower - resulted in items being added. Check to see that it makes sense. Mainly because it involves a flowchart and most test takers are not adept at handling those till later stages of their prep. We find sequential data easier to deal with.
