Plug in values where x=17/3 -> you get y=43/3
When you add 2x + 3y, you get 54.33333
Now take values from each side, what if x<17/3
3y + 2x would be more than 54, take something where x is greater than 17/3
You start to see that 2x + 3y is lesser than 54
