in when we solve for y<14 comes then 2y<28 then 2y must be less than 30 its true

When they say "Must be true", we have to prove see if the converse can be true for any value

When you consider y > x+ 8, say y = x+9 or above, you start to see that 2x + 3y is greater than 54
So, III is right

No, it must be true

If you take y > x + 8, you can never get 2x + 3y < 54
