I bought the GMAT IR license key.
Is it not downloadable? Cos I keep searching their site for how to download and use what I've paid for to no avail.
I dont want to wait for three business days so i didnt send them any mail.
Please is there a link to download it or what?

Hi Experts,
I bought the GMAT IR license key.
Is it not downloadable? Cos I keep searching their site for how to download and use what I've paid for to no avail.

No, GMAC IR is NOT downloadable. You can practice the IR questions online only via the portal provided by GMAC.

Ok I just submitted the license number in the said online address and it gave me a reply, this - INVALID LICENSE KEY.
Do they do fraud in GMAC?
Is my quid gone for nothing?
I wouldnt stomach that by any chance.
Has someone experienced this before?

Take it easy with accusing GMAC. It might happen as a system glitch. You can mail GMAC support to let them know of this issue. I bought the key last year and I had access 5 minutes later without ay issues. Make sure to type in the correct key (sometimes the system might not take characters other than letters/alphabets). Try to put in the key without the hyphens or dashes.

I just removed the dashes certain it must have been the mistake; and it returned the same message INVALID LICENSE KEY.
It must be a mistake or something. GMAC has proven integrity.
Right?
I've contacted them using their contact page and it said it will reply in 2 business days.
The only time I called GMAC hotline because payment problem card I heard a not very distinct Indian accent I could barely hear.
Someone else here must have witnessed this "system glitch" or something

Two days later, the IR key I entered opened to an "END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT" page that in fact doesnt have any button.
I selected the "I AGREE" button.
Am I supposed to say abracadabra to the page cos no clickable, no next, no anything else.
I understand GMAC is highly professional and quite beyond any misdemeanor.
I also find it even harder to believe that this is a system glitch.
Please DOES IR NOT MATTER IN THE GMAT EXAM?
IS GMAT WITHDRAWING IR?

Wont comment on your conspiracy theories and no, GMAT is not doing away with IR. If you didnt see any buttons, how were you able to select 'I agree' button? Has it started to work now?

May be I couldn't explain quite very well.
Quit the defense sir. The problem is solved.
Thank goodness GMAC hearkened to my plea and wasn't in denial mode or throwing some customer service jargons.
I pray no one goes through what I did go thru in to activate my ir prep.

Still, I'll give kudos to GMAC for not giving me a reply other than letting me in.. cos that's all I asked them.
