Welcome to GMAT Club!
Athletes always have a strong profile among business schools. For one part, it is extremely difficult to get really good in sports and getting a good ranking/results indicates that one has ability to focus, work hard, and persevere. These are the qualities you will need to survive the first year and get the most out of daunting curriculum, recruiting, self-doubt, and soul-searching all done during the first semester of BSchool.
So, in terms what you have shared, I think you have a very strong chance/opportunity. The work history/track record is something that will need attention and you will need to be mindful when you present your story. It is one thing to say I was professional athlete and now want to transition to business world and going for an MBA. It is a bit different to apply after a transition - you will have to show progress/growth and since you have been dabbling in a few things without a laser focus you have had in Tennis, it may make adcom doubt your maturity and readiness to be committed to the career and to be a proud alumni who can easily find a job (one reason top schools have such good employment numbers is that they admit very employable applicants. It is a chicken-egg cycle but I am digressing here. In any case, your resume and work focus will need some help as well as the always-present question of - Why MBA? You will need to have a good answer to that.
Hope this helps. Again, welcome to GMAT Club and Good Luck!
Best Regards,
