I understand that you may feel b-school to be expensive, but you're not going to get a free ride (nor should you expect one) from a decent b-school - it ain't gonna happen especially in this economy where endowments have shrunk. Moreover, the overwhelming majority who may be in a similar financial situation as you will be paying full freight (with or without student loans). If you are hoping for a free ride on tuition, your best shot are schools beyond the top 30 (or even beyond the top 50) -- but then again with shrinking endowments these schools will be less likely to dole out money even to the strongest candidates.
You may want to look at part-time programs and have your employer pay for it (if that's even possible).
As for your GPA, you're making way too much out of it. Don't worry about it. It's not what will make or break you. What will be critical is convincing the adcom why you want to go back to get yet another professional graduate degree at this point (and stating some vague idea about being entrepreneurial isn't going to cut it). You seem to have a well rounded and strong profile, but it's got to be coupled with a very compelling case for why you need to go back to b-school now (they will hold you to a higher standard of specificity and sincerity when it comes to your goals).
