There's nothing in your profile that is of real concern. The biggest risk with someone like yourself in the application process is getting lost in the shuffle. You seem like a guy with solid professional experience and interesting extracurriculars - but you're competing against a lot of other guys who also have solid work experience and extracurriculars.
It really comes down to how well you execute the applications. Based on your post, the one thing you have to really reveal to the adcom (but in a subtle and not overt way) is this:
You're an analytically oriented guy who cares a lot about education/academics and whose self-professed strengths (I'm guessing) is working hard and being super driven -- how does that make you different from the sea of other Asians applying who will also claim "I am the hardest working most driven guy, I can do math, and I care about education for others because education is the #1 thing..."?
You have to get the adcoms to see you as an individual - that is your biggest challenge - and there isn't some cookie cutter formula to do that. It's going to come through a lot of trial-and-error and self-discovery as you write a gazillion essay drafts, coach your recommenders on the rec letters, and prepared for the interviews.
