smokedpotatoes,

Apologies for my tardy response. You have a strong profile, greatly aided by the fact that you're of Hispanic origin. The boxing, Nicaragua, restaurant apprenticeship, and new venture add a lot of flavor and interest to your profile. You didn't directly address how much leadership you have, but assuming it's there, I think you're in at Thunderbird, Georgetown, Duke, IESE, and Oxford. You have a good chance at acceptance at Berkeley and a decent chance at Wharton and LBS. Whether you can get into HBS or not, I would need to know more about your leadership/impact stories, but based on what I know I wouldn't discourage you from applying.

Good luck to you.

Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. My leadership experience is not the greatest but is there especially in terms of the startup company
Again thank you,
