Just do the best you can on the essays, rec letters, and interviews. That's all you can really focus on at this point in the year that you apply. Beyond that, you can always visit some of these schools before class gets out at the end of April/early May -- not for brownie points with the adcom, but for your own experience and education that is invaluable for the essays because when you talk about "fit" with the school, you can speak from your own experience (or even if you didn't visit that particular school, if you visited a number of other schools you will have a far better feel for what b-school is really like that can only be had by actually stepping foot on campus and interacting with the students, profs, etc.).

As for the GMAT, scoring 760 would help a little compared to a 710, but not enough that it's worth slaving over the prep to re-do.
