Hey there, you're very welcome! The simpler question first > your work experience is pretty strong. You have a Big 4 on your resume and a few years under your belt there. And you also have a bit of an entrepreneurial streak which colors up the perception of being a boring CPA :).

As for online courses, yes, I meant UCLA or Berkeley extension courses. You don't really get to pick which are reported if you just share your transcript from the program but, with a 2.9, you really need to excel at and report every class you take! Maybe take 3 if you have the time, 4 if you're feeling ambitious, but at least 2. And take some difficult ones - don't just pick programs that'll give you easy As.
