Where do you want to live/work post-MBA? India?

In any case, I really don't like answering these "blank canvas" questions (i.e. "here's my profile stats, tell me where to apply") -- because it suggests that you have no opinions of your own, that you're an empty vessel. It suggests that you haven't really done the research, because if 99% of the people who post here for a profile review have a preliminary list of schools they'd like to go to (i.e. they've done their research), so can you. Look through all the various posts on this forum, and you'll see there's plenty of guys similar in caliber to yourself. Look at some of the rankings publications (US News, Businessweek, FT, Economist, etc.), go through them and start going through the school websites. It's not hard. It just takes a bit of time and diligence - and it's worth it.

I have gone through the college websites, blogs, and read a couple of books but still am not in a position to clearly select the colleges.

Wanted to benchmark myself so that I know my competitive schools and could concentrate on them in particular.

Guess will talk to candidates from different colleges and then get back to you for your opinion.

Thanks a lot for your time.
