HBS/Stanford: slim; 80% of incoming HBS students are between 25 and 27; only 5% are older than 29, and they tend to be non-traditional folks (military, nonprofit, arts, athletes, etc.). Stanford doesn't publish their stats to this degree, but the distribution is similar

Wharton: also going younger; not slim, but still likely a stretch; similar dynamics as H/S, but not quite as selective

Sloan, CBS, Booth, Kellogg, Tuck: these are the schools where you'll be most competitive for and which you should focus on.

If you're going to apply to these schools, just have some realistic expectations (and being LatAm on its own won't allow you to stand out as much before, since although they don't get billions like the Indians, there's still enough volume for them to be selective - enough LatAm folks who are M/B/B or Goldman/PE with Ivy/equivalent type of resumes applying, especially to H/S/W and even then it's not like all of them get in either.
