- Founder, Entrepreneurship Club in college
- Secretary, Indian Society for Technical Education (organized all India Science Congress - 1000 students participated from 50 colleges and many other events)
- Event Manager, Business Events for Technical Fest
- Owned and sold Merchandise business while in college
- Internships at XLRI Jamshedpur handling Govt. of India SSA project in Jharkand (India), startups, HDFC MF.

I feel you stand a chance at these top programs but I also feel that applying only to these elite programs is too risky: you need to include some more possibilities with strong connections to the strategy consulting industry. These include MIT, Duke, Ross, Tuck, and Kellogg on the competitive end and Darden and Emory, for example, on the less competitive side.

Thanks for the response Jennifer. I would like to give you some more insight into my work that will help me focus on the right set of schools. You can be cold and let me know if I am not good enough for the top schools. It will only help me to focus all my efforts on the correct set of schools

I am currently into operations consulting as a Team Lead and on a part time, through my startup company helping small businesses, startups and NGOs with strategy work from past 4 years. (started in my final year of college).
My consulting work falls into the realm of Market Research, Generating sales leads, company restructuring and resource allocation, operations, logistics and SCM. I have been selected for a national program for entrepreneurship (one of the 75 folks selected from a pool of 10000 applications) for my effort into helping small businesses grow.
