Oh, and reasons for wanting an MBA:
Strong interests in non-profit management, healthcare and work in Latin America, which for me essentially translates to hospital and health system management in a non-profit setting.
With this in mind, Yale would be a nice fit, but... not sure if I'd get in.

You've clearly been very active but the biggest question in the admissions committee's mind is going to be whether or not you really need the MBA. If the answer is no since you have the MPH, then they will not admit you so be sure to explain the business challenges you expect to face and the business skills and knowledge you are seeking to do so well. I'm a little concerned about your GMAT quant score as well, so if it you can retake that and boost to the 80th percentile in Quant, that would be helpful. Yale is a very small program and I'm not seeing exceptional leadership and impact yet in your description of yourself yet, so I am not terribly optimistic about your chances there. I do believe INSEAD is a stronger option but they may want to see a bit more experience from you. Programs emphasizing international influence do make the most sense for you if you are able to prove you need and are ready for their education, for instance Wharton, MIT, LBS, Columbia, Kellogg, Duke, and Emory.
