Thank you so much for taking the time to give advice here. I would very much appreciate an evaluation of my profile.
Profile: 29/White Male
Education: Bachelor of Science and Masters in Accountancy from Brigham Young University. Ranked #1 graduate Accounting program in the US. 3.66 GPA.
Work Experience: Four years with Deloitte providing Audit services. Promoted to team lead early and have high performance ratings.
GMAT - 710 overall (44Q, 42V, 6.0AWA)
Extracurricular: Very active in church service and 2 year missionary trip. Also active in Boy Scouts.
Goal : After MBA, plan to work in Management/Strategy Consulting.
Shooting for Round 2 applications and my top schools are: Wharton, UC Berkeley, Tuck and Duke.
I would very much appreciate any insight I could get. Thanks!!

From the information you have given here, there is nothing that suggest why cant you target the business schools you mentioned. You seem to have the right numbers and the profile. Show some leadership stories at work and extracurricular. At the end, your chances of success will depend on how well you can translate the strength of your profile in your application.

The best way to choose a B school is based on career goals. You need to see if the schools will help you realising those goals. Apart from that factors like what the school specializes in, geography location including urban/rural factor, size of classes in school (big class or small class), alumni success rate. Also you need to keep in consideration what recruiters tend to come on campus. You can talk to alumni’s and career center wings to know further the opportunities the school provides you.
