Yes. Your GMAT score is going to be a weak spot in your application. Most of the students in your target schools, such as ISB, have 700+ score and with a pretty common background, it gets pretty competitive and every part of the application matters. Moreover, you have not provided much information about your out of work activities which also plays some good role in the application process.
Few of the good schools in Information Management in the US are Sloan, Haas, CMU Tepper, etc.
