You have what i would consider to be good "minimal" qualifications for your target schools, with a good GMAT (could always be better of course, but not bad), two years WE, good academic credentials and some good extracurricular involvement. You definitely run the risk of the adcoms saying "come back next year," which can happen when you apply meeting only the minimum expectations. How you overcome this is to emphasize the rigor and achievement of your career accomplishments and weave a compelling vision for what you will do post MBA. One thing else is definitely going for you: as a woman, you are at an advantage due to the lower number of female applicants to b-school. Let us know if we can help.
