Started my own venture in e commerce space which will go live in two months

3 years as Senior Software Engineer in Intuit
3 years as Senior Applications Engineer in Oracle

You're going to be scrutinized more heavily as an older applicant for your achievements, so be prepared to speak to your career progression and hopefully, what will amount to some initial success in your venture as well. Additionally, they will want to hear how you plan to go to full time business school while running a business, so a plan for that will be critical. Otherwise, your profile seems solid, but as an Indian Applicant with a Technology background, the competition is fierce. Leveraging your deeper experience may be your secret to standing out in this large applicant pool.
