I appeared for GMAT without much preparation, which reflected on my scores...
I was getting 570 in GMATprep but my GMAT score was 510(41Q, 20V) awa 5.0
Verbal was a bummer...
I prepared for 2 months, mostly verbal...Manhattan Material+OG12, followed Gmatclub forums (Thanks all for your precious tips and help) and I was getting 650-670 in GMATprep this time (630,620, 630 in Manhattan Review tests) but again choked at the eleventh hour... GMAT Score 620(46Q,30V)
I am in a fix right now...
Should I retake??? will it be too late if I retake???
My profile is:
25 M Indian
GMAT Score 620(46Q,30V) awa awaited
Toffel yet to take – Another area of concern as dates are not available...
BE 65% (Topper was around 70%)
had 9 Months of exp in core(electrical)
currently having 2.8yrs of exp in IT(MNC)
got 4 awards and 2 appreciation for my work in IT
Have some certificates for extra curr... (not many, but have cert of excellence in Asia level competition), I have taken seminars for career counseling also
Can I get some in a decent uni with this profile?
Please suggest some uni for my profile...
I am looking for some good counselor in Hyderabad...

Well it depends on what your goals are and how high you are aiming.
But in general, especially since you are such a young fella, I would say retake. Competition is tough amongst Indian candidates, and lots of hitting 700s... so you would either have to make a big compromise, or run the risk of not getting accepted without a higher GMAT. Just so you know, 2 months is not all that much.. I know folks who studied a year!!!!
