My questions:
What are the top colleges I can apply?
Will premier colleges at all entertain my profile considering manufacturing experience?
What should I do to strengthen my application?
Nothing you mentioned above tells me that you can't get into a top program. A background in manufacturing management doesn't preclude acceptance, but the details count and it's not clear to me if you had a leadership role or were simply handling orders. If the latter, your work experience would not be competitive at top programs. If the former, especially if you were leading teams, then you would have competitive work experience. I am assuming a 730+ GMAT. Your GPA strikes me as a little low for the very best programs, but a high GMAT would mitigate as would better info about your college's grading system, which the bschools would have.
To strengthen your profile:
* Ace the GMAT
* Assume leadership roles on and off the job.
* If possible, add an international dimension to your experience.
* If possible move into more of a business role at work.
* Present your qualifications well.
