Hi Rishabh,
Thanks so much for your inquiry! See my responses below:
1. How my profile looks for an MBA from the top B-schools like Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Booth, LBS, Columbia, MIT, Kellogg, etc?
You have a very strong GMAT and a number of elements of your profile stand out such as Indian School of Business(ISB) Young Leaders Programme. You don’t have a lot of full-time work experience (2 years is fairly low for top programs). So I would need to know a bit more about your actual responsibilities. It will be really important to show leadership and management potential from the work that you’ve done. Places like Harvard and Stanford will really value seeing this leadership experience / potential. It seems like some of the work that you’re doing is finance related, which could be a good fit for Wharton or Booth.
2. What, in your opinion, are my strengths and weakness reflected in my profile?
See above. You have a very strong GMAT, good extracurricular activities and a clearer sense of what you want to use your MBA for, compared to most people at your stage in the process. In terms of downsides, your professional experience is short, and I can’t tell how much leadership/ management experience you have.
3. Please mention what should I do to make my case stronger for final call.
You’ll really need to focus on developing a strong case in your application for your leadership potential. This is something that I work very hard with my clients on and often it makes all the difference. Check out this link:

4. Which schools do I most stand a chance of getting admitted to if I apply for the class entering 2014?
This is difficult to comment on without more detail. I think that overall it make sense to target some of the schools you have mentioned, but given the competitiveness, you’ll need to focus on building a very strong differentiated application. You should also probably target a few “safer schools” in the top 10-15, such as Darden, or Tuck.
