It looks like you have a credible and viable
profile for the programs you mention, though the academics are a bit on the low side. But for such programs your GMAT score would be good, somewhat mitigating the GPA. (If the GPA trended up, that also would help.)
Aside from that general comment, I don’t have detailed knowledge of the stats at these programs to provide more nuanced feedback.
Regarding US versus European programs for supply chain, it really depends on your goals and interests. I suggest reviewing and comparing the recruiting at US and European programs of interest, and see which better aligns with your goals. It may be that the right question isn’t US vs Europe, but rather, which specific programs meet your needs, wherever they are. Broadly, I would expect that if you are interested in a global dimension to your career post graduation, the European programs might be better, but US SC programs are improving in integrating the global reality of SC into their curricula.
