Everything except your verbal score is highly competitive for your target schools. You're basically asking me if they will overlook your verbal because you are so impressive in all other ways. The answer is a very wishy-washy "maybe." Could your verbal score keep you out? Yes. Is it possible that if you provide enough evidence that you can handle the English requirements of a graduate business education they might overlook it? Yes. Do you want to take the chance? That's up to you.
