I've been pretty confused with regards to my chances at top B schools and I am looking to understand which school would fit best basis my profile

1) Brief description of your full-time work experience. What do you do?

Housing.com, Mumbai (Oct ’13- Present)
Segment: Sales; Job Role:Manager: Business Engagement & Strategy

 Laid down corporate strategy to on-board and maximize revenues from 2500 accounts PAN India
 Leading a team of 3 to introduce top quality client engagement for on-boarded accounts
 Pioneered Developer Happiness Index which maximizes client's performance on digital media.
 Led a team of 12 to map 100 % builder accounts in 25 Indian cities.

Segment: Sales; Job Role:Manager: Business Operations

 Headed a 3 tier sales team of 64 people across 25 tier 2 cities for new project launch PAN India
 Part of 2 membered team responsible for the launch of New Projects vertical sales
 Responsible for launching business operations across 25 cities in a span of 2 months
 Singlehandedly signed deals worth ` 1Cr + for New Project sales withing a span of 3 months

Previous Work-Experience:

Schlumberger Ltd, Mumbai (Dec ’12- Sep '13)
Segment: Wireline; Job Role:Junior Field Engineer

 Singlehandedly carried out multiple wireline operations which ran upto 40 hours w/o break
 Selected for the Accelerated Senior Field Engineer Program (Grade 10) based on remarkable
performance during the training phase (Grade 8)
 Responsible for implementing the latest technology, supervising crew and running the entire
operation in consultation with client
 Underwent a 15 weeks rigrous training at MLC, Abu Dhabi with representation from 15 nationalities

Work Ex- 42 months by the time of admission
International work ex- 4 months training at UAE with Schlumberger. 2.5 months Summer Internship in Canada

7) When you plan to apply? Please specify round and application cycle, for example R1 2013-14 or R3 2012-13.

R1- for 2015-16

8) Your post-MBA goal.

Working in Corporate strategy group in product or service industry. Also want to work in general Management & business development,essentially want to use MBA to get network & guidance to lead the start up business to great heights .

Please help me identify which programs are under my reach.

Hello,

Among the programs you mention, I’d consider LBS, INSEAD, Sloan, Booth, Kellogg, Haas, Tuck, and Yale to be  reasonable reaches  of varying degree, and the other programs on-pars.

That said, from your write-up, your  goals  seemed a bit jumbled – I suggest clarifying them and expressing what motivates you, i.e., why you want to perform these roles, what you want to achieve.
