Can anyone please evaluate my profile and identify "reach" and " Stretch" based on this info. Thanks.
Work Experience:
Time: 5 years (At the time of Matriculation)
Company: Ernst and Young
Profile: Assurance (Mainly into USGAAP and IPO's of E- Commerce companies in US)
Intl WE: 6 months in US
Recognition: 1 promotion (3 year cycle), above average ratings and 1 performance award
I lead a team of 5-6 people
Academics:
Graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce (2010)
Chartered Accountant (2011)
School Topper in 10th and 12th
68% in Graduation (Top 15%)
GMAT: 720
Scholarship from Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi
Personal:
First Graduate of the Family
Languages: English, Hindi, Bengali and French
Born and Brought up in a small town in Jharkhand
