Thanks for sharing your profile. You have a strong profile with a top flight professional background. Your GMAT also is above the avgs of your target programs. Only potential negatives are with your GPA which is below the averages at these school and extra-curriculars. You may have some involvement if so make sure to emphasize this in you application as this could potentially stand out. Gaining admission to Stanford'/HBS is largely about standing out so this should be the core of your strategy for these super elite schools
