The schools look at your profile holistically so there is no absolute cut off when it comes to GPA, a low GPA certainly make its much tougher to gain admission given the quality of the applicants to these programs. Now having great work experience will certainly help as this is a major part of the evaluation process but your GPA will certainly be a red flag.
