To MH2016-

I like the promotion you've had at work, and you have some extracurricular involvements... your GPA and GMAT will be a bit below average for most of your schools mentioned however. And if you haven't started working on your application essays yet Round 1 could be tough at a lot of your schools, just timing-wise. BUT that said, you could try this year, and re-apply next year if needed. Or perhaps one more GMAT test... and Round 2? For CBS being your first choice, I'd recommend applying as soon as is possible even if slightly after R1 traditional deadlines, since their process is rolling. Unless you are considering ED which can also be a plus. Lots to think about!!
