I have a work experience in the field of IT for 3.5 years as project Engineer.
From last 1 month I am participating full time in my family business and volunteering in a reputable NGO to serve the nation.
Could you please let me know if my working in family business and volunteer experience be counted while determining my Full Work Experience?

If it is full time and a legit family business then it will be counted towards your work experience. Your volunteer experience will not

What are the parameters to determine its legitimacy?The reason I am asking is the business I am currently involved is not big in size,but I have a significant role to play.

It seems legit just wanted to make sure it is a revenue generating business and not volunteer or hobby. It seems legit so you should be fine

If you are working full time in this business, it should be considered as 'legitimate' (b-schools ask for full time experience).

If you have helped your business grow from level 'X' to level 'Z' then its also interesting for adcoms

Just like to let you know I was working with WIPRO Technologies as project Engineer till September..I just started working in my family business.Moreover,pls be informed,its not a big business,bt I play a key role..

If you are doing this full time then yes- it is full time work experience. You have more control over this than you think- as long as you can support what you state when asked about it, you should be fine.
