Hello,
Following are my stats:
Background and nationality: Indian, Electronics Engineer, Female
Undergrad Information: Bachelor's in EEE from one of the top 5 Indian Engineering colleges ( 7.04/10)
GMAT: 740 ( Q50, V41)
Work experience and leadership : ( 3 years, total 4 when matriculating)
Hardware Engineer in a big hardware startup from India, Team lead for 2 years, right now driving technical requirements(technical management) across 3 cross-functional departments having ~30 engineers.
Community and others: .1. Indian Classical Dance and Vocals Diploma holder.
2. Had multiple positions of responsibilities in Undergrad ( Cultural Clubs, Tech forums )
Post-MBA goals: Want to get into Product Management, specializations in Strategy.
Still researching as to what might be a backup option if Product Management doesn't work out.
Questions :
1. Shortlist of Colleges : Duke, Tepper, McCombs, MIT LGO( Ambitious ), ISB - Is this a good list? Or should I aim for more colleges?
2. Practical chances with my profile?

Thanks for sharing your profile. I think you have a good profile. You come from a competitive applicant pool, but business school still skews male so that fact you add a bit of diversity here should help you. I would still focus on identifying ways to stand out but I do think your school list solid. I would also maybe take a look at Kellogg, the school has good placement in PM roles
