Dear liteshanalyst,
You probably know predictions of your school selections is not always as accurate as the logical formulae from Engineering, in your case, a total lack of preparation is screaming through the top. Currently, your goal is dry and incomplete and has neither passion nor differentiation. Additionally, both your GPA and GMAT are not the best for the top 10, even more so if you are applying in the next round. Suggest you to:
    1. Widen your range of schools targeted.
    2. Get more passion into your story; With such stats, it is even more important to make your reader your cheerleader.
    3. Focus on schools not because they are ranked high by one publication, but because they provide you the exact tools you need to pursue your goals.
    4. Feel free to connect for a detailed and free, personal profile evaluation.

Hey there,
I’d love to help you out but without more info it’s gonna be hard. Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.

Other than that I would say that with your current GMAT score, you may want to consider expanding your school list to top20/30.

Here are two articles to read about Indian candidates and the GMAT that might give you some food for thought:
