Hi, This is a request for profile evaluation.

Currently i have almost 4 years of work experience into sales. Though i have made a few switches in my early career. I am an engineering graduate from 1 of the top 10 engineering colleges of India. Had few backlogs, cleared them and completed my engineering degree in 5 years(took 1 more year).....

Assuming i score 700 in GMAT, are these things going to affect my profile during admissions?

Hi @prashant11690, thanks for your question. Generally speaking having 4 yrs of sales experience is a good background for now applying for MBA. I'm not sure how many those few switches are- but if you have had at least a year and a half somewhere- building in progression and results- then that is a good foundation. Hopefully there are not more than 4 few switches in those 4 yrs- but just be prepared to explain why you made each move as this may become an interview topic of conversation. I would say that assuming you have a strong GMAT and good results in your work, that is fine. Now from India I would not call 700 a strong GMAT so try to put a little cushion on this by aiming for a 740 or 730.The other way you can really stand out is by showing you did the work to really get to know the programs you are applying to.
