You are on the older end of applicants & quite a bit above the average age for full-time programs so I'd recommend considering part-time MBAs instead, where your age will not be an issue. You will want to also be sure to really translate your work experience for the adcom so they understand what you did, the business skills you use and the impact you had. There is quite a bit of jargon even in your description here (for example, the adcom will have no idea what gift milk means, what a fly ask meet is, or even what "Public Sector Rs. 1000 cr Power Generating Firm" means exactly (what is Rs. 1000 cr? Are you working for a utility?) You'll want to make sure it's all 100% clear - and assume that the person reading your application has zero knowledge of your industry or the type of work that you do. You'll want to be sure to also name strong, clear post-MBA goals since your why MBA/why our school argument rests on those (i.e. what skill gaps do you need to fill to achieve those goals).
