I am a mechanical engineering graduate from NIT Durgapur with 9.2 Cgpa (*ranked 5 out of 140 in class), IELTS 7.5, 95% in 12th & 94% in 10th.
Working at Bajaj Auto Headquarter in Operations (techno-management profile), while I will be applying, I will have 1 year of experience and before joining, I will have 2 years of work experience . Will have a number of projects related to work, 2college internships,reseach Project and led college team in BAJA 2017 & 2018.
volunteered in NGO for tree plantation and climate change activities.
Have not taken GMAT yet.
How much score will be necessary for applying to MIM in ESSEC, and do I have a sufficient overall profile to be considered for ESSEC?

aroy07, you have a pretty good profile building up there.
In general, there isn't really a minimum GMAT score; read here. Higher the better is really the ask. The school doesnt put out an average score but generally speaking, given your profile contours, you should aim for something north of 720 ideally.
