Rahul,

Thank you for reaching out. We would be happy to assist you, though it would be great to have more information about your background. Are you able to provide:

Education- what school did you go to and what was your CGPA?
GMAT- what was your Q/V split, how many times did you take it and will you re-take?
EC- What do your extra-curriculars look like
Work ex- Please provide more details on your employment, title, career growth

You can also email your resume to scott@personalmbacoach.com

In the meantime, see here for an article posted recently on rankings: https://www.personalmbacoach.com/single ... A-Rankings

Best,

Hi RahulMolagavalli85,

Hope this finds you well.

While we would have loved to provide you with a detailed profile evaluation, your post is missing some crucial details.

Kindly provide us with the following:
-Your academic background
-Your role at work, as well as your achievements
-An enumeration of your activities beyond work (extra-curricular activities)
-What career switch are you looking at? What are your proposed career goals?

We look forward to hearing from you.

All the best!

I looked at your resume. two things first:

1. your resume must tell of the impact you created, not the responsibilities you held. Once you mention the achievements, it will be clear to the reader about how competitive your profile is. Adcoms of every business school specifically ask for a resume that shows your achievements (quantifiable) and impact.

2. A second MBA is a possibility, but a solid reason for an MBA is must. That reason will emanate from your career goals. What is is that you want to do in your career? what large scale impact do you wish to create? Once you are able to pin-point your career goals, the need for an MBA, the MBA specialization (or no specialization at all) and which college will become more clearer.

FYI, b-schools generally have a question on career goals and why MBA from their b-schools. Typically they ask for short term and long term goals.
