Ha, that's Ok - I will forgive your late reply, and your "fake" GMAT score. Very sneaky of you! :)
Glad you've got some new contracts under your belt.
As for Quant courses - typically that means Statistics or Calculus (or some other advanced math course). Though I think something like Accounting or Economics would help, especially if the Economics class is very analytical / data heavy. The CFA definitely helps to show you can handle difficult quant concepts but if it won't help you career wise then I'm not sure it's worth the effort.
