Undergrad Information:
3.3 GPA Psych (last 2 yrs: 3.85) at strong psychology school
GMAT:
750 GMAT, GRE: 163Q 158V
Work experience and leadership:
Built an eco friendly home goods startup to $2m annualized, grew two more elearning startups to $1M and $3M revenue each respectively as marketing lead. First company, led team of 5, second company led team of 25-35 contractors. Now 1 yr in director level at a national nonprofit Overall, 5 years FT working exp, two in undergrad.
Post MBA goals:
Use business development and marketing strengths to make a broader impact on nonprofits. I think I can use my skills from elearning and e-commerce to bring older large nonprofit institutions to the modern era.
Anything else?
What are some things I should look out for, given my background and stats? Yale is my #1, but applying to other top band nor-east schools in the M7.

Oh lord Barbaro there are people with actual questions on this thread. This is more like a brag 
You're going to Yale. You're so going to Yale.
My suggestion would be for you to get more clarity about your post-mba goal, something actionable and on the first day on campus you would know what you're doing for your internship.
So get it down to company, industry and function. That is if you work for yourself or someone else.
And,what do you need from Yale to get there?
Once you sorted out those questions, assuming that you have a compelling essay and decent video essays, I think you'll be in amazing shape.
One last thing, what is your GMAT Quant score?

Barbaro You have an impressive profile, particularly your work / leadership experience and GMAT. Did you take any business courses in undergrad? If not (and maybe regardless), I would consider taking supplementary graded coursework to demonstrate to the adcom that you can hack it in a top bschool classroom. Coursera/Wharton or HBx Core are good options; MBAMath also works but is not quite as impressive. I would also do your research on programs so that you have a nuanced understanding of those that will work best with your goals (I certainly see the appeal of Yale here). Beyond that, it's just about telling your story and clearly articulating your goals in a concrete way (ie my post-MBA target role is X at Y or Z company; my long-term goal is to be a X role at a Y type of company).
